"Since I came into office, the Federal Mortgage Bank has remained a very close partner of our state," he said, adding, "By the time we complete the massive infrastructure we are constructing, Nasarawa will become even more accessible, and there is no partner better positioned to maximise these opportunities in housing than the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria."

The Governor further assured the Bank of the State Government's continued support, stressing that FMBN had already earned the confidence of the state as a reliable development partner.
On his part, Osidi described the visit as another milestone in the longstanding relationship between FMBN and the Nasarawa State Government, noting that both share a common vision of improving citizens' welfare through affordable housing and sustainable development.
He commended Governor Sule's administration for creating an enabling environment for investment and acknowledged the state's support in facilitating the Bank's housing projects through the prompt issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.
Osidi disclosed that FMBN had financed over 1,590 housing units across Nasarawa State, provided more than ₦9.5 billion in Home Renovation Loans to over 10,600 civil servants, refunded over ₦1.02 billion in National Housing Fund contributions to 5,462 retirees and continued to support the state's Owner-Occupier Housing Scheme through mortgage financing.
