FMBN ANNUAL NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN RETREAT 2022

The annual FMBN Southern Retreat was held from 26th to 27th October 2022 at Shoregate Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. The retreat drew participants from the leadership of both the Branch and Zonal offices of the Bank in the Southern part of the country.
The retreat was declared open by the Executive Director, Business Development and Portfolio Management, Mr. Kingsley Chukwuma and was chaired by the ED. Papers were presented from the different Groups in the Bank that directly centred on the various operations and activities of the Bank.
Operational challenges were brought to the limelight for discussion and solutions were proffered. A communique was issued at the end of the 2 days event.

Also, the annual FMBN Northern Retreat was held from 31st October to 1st November 2022 at Bristol Palace Hotel, Kano.
The retreat was chaired and declared open by the Executive Director, Business Development and Portfolio Management, Mr. Kingsley Chukwuma. Participants at the 2-day retreat included Branch and Zonal Managers in the Northern part of the country as well as Group Heads or their representatives.
Issues bordering on the performance and operational challenges of the zone were elaborately discussed and solutions were also proffered. The event ended with the release of a communique.
